Ride Description:
Nice ride begining at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Some of the best riding in the Charlotte area with lots of curves and sweepers over some excellent road and a few that are average. Good ride close to the Charlotte Area. Plenty of Places to eat near Concord Mills close to the start.
Being Close to Charlotte there is a lot of commuter traffic. The Southeast Corner is a little urban and this is best run on a WEEKEND MORNING or MIDDAY during the week.
Check for special events near the speedway as there can be a lot of traffic close to CMS during special Events - NASCAR Races, NHRA Drags, Food Lion Autofair and Good Guys Car Shows but is a great ride for those attending those events..
Another big draw for bikes during the summer with Bike Night on Wednesdays at Quaker State and Lube and other area restaurants catering to bikes.
Pat Rogers Harley Davidson is close to the start at the Speedway.
