Ride Description:

You'll get a nice close view of the mountain along this route. There are a couple of stops along the way where you can view the whole city of El Paso, and you'll also be able to see the city of Juarez, Mexico at the distance. There is a state park that you can visit (be ready to pay a couple of dollars to get in and also another stop where you could go hiking. All of these within a 10 mile stretch of mountain. The ride itself is about 15 to 20 minutes back and forth but if you decide to make all stops it could easily take you a half day. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

The road is very nice and well taken care of but don't underestimate the dangers. There are some tight curves along the route and please be careful w/ falling rocks on the very top of the mountain. Enjoy your ride.
