Ride Description:
Good weekend trip with a variety of desert, canyon, and mountain scenery.
Take hwy 10 south out of Phoenix to Tuscon. After passing through Tuscon take hwy 83 south to Sonoita then hwy 82 East to Whetstone. From there take the hwy 90 South and shortly after it merges with hwy 80 South you will be in Bisbee, roughly 2 miles north of the US / Mexico border. Exiting Bisbee you head back north on hwy 80 passing through Tombstone, worth the stop to check out. From there continue north until you get back on I-10 heading east to hwy 191 north which goes through Safford where you turn NW on hwy 70 to Globe. Take the hwy 60 west out of Globe returning to the Phoenix area.
