Ride Description:
Great ride with good scenery, lots of turns, and elevation changes.
Exit Austin north through Cedar Park then on the 1431 west. Loop around cow creed road and back down the 1174. Cow creed is a very technical stretch with lots of sharp turns along the way. Return to Austin on the 1431. To stretch the ride out you can Continue to Marble Falls for a great breaking point with lots of good places to eat.
Watch out for deer at night and in the mornings. Traffic also sometimes gets heavy on weekends and increasingly so due to development.
